1. The instructor will check the pupil’s eye sight and driving documents.

1. The instructor will check the pupil’s eye sight and driving documents.

PAYMENT
- Money can be paid on a pay as you go basis and be paid at the beginning of the lesson. We only accept cash or cheques and cheques should be
made out to the instructor. If any cheques are returned by the bank then the pupil is responsible for any bank charges imposed and then will only be
able to pay by cash.
Terms and conditions
- 24 hours notice must be given when cancelling a driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in the pupil being charged for the missed appointment.
If a pupil persistently keeps cancelling at the last moment and is proving to be unreliable, then the instructor reserves the right to remove the pupil
from their books. - If the pupil appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whether illegal or legal then the lesson will be terminated at once and the pupil will
be charged for that lesson. - The pupil will be advised of the best time to apply for a driving test. However, the advice will be based on the pupil’s progress to date and does not
mean that the necessary standard has been reached or will be by the appointed test date. - If at any stage the pupil is not making the necessary progress then the pupil will be advised to postpone the test. Failure to take any such advice will
result in the car not being available for the driving test. The same will apply if on the day of the driving test, the pupil is driving in a dangerous manner
and clearly not at test standard. - Pupils should be aware that their instructor’s primary objective is to promote road safety and in doing so he/she will have to issue instructions which
the customer is prepared to carry out without undue argument. - The instructor will make every effort to train you to the highest standard but can in no way will be held liable for any errors you commit whilst driving
when not accompanied by your instructor either before or after the test pass. - We cannot be held liable for any consequential costs due to vehicle light failure or vehicle defect during any tests, since these will be checked by you
and your instructor during the pre-test lesson. - We cannot be held responsible for driving tests cancelled at short notice due to either weather conditions or the Driving Standards Agency. Should
this occur full fees for the instructor’s time will be charged.
OTHER
- The instructor will behave in a professional manner and treat the customer with respect at all times.
- We operate a strict no smoking in car policy.
- We do not piggyback (where the previous pupil picks up the next pupil)
- We operate a complaints procedure.
