I am a highly qualified high grade DSA Approved Driving Instructor and DSA Fleet Registered trainer with over 25 years experience in driver and instructor
training. In that time, I have trained people at all levels and on a variety of vehicles ranging from cars through to 53 seat coaches. I have worked as a fleet trainer
since 1990 delivering defensive driving courses to the staff of some major blue chip companies and have also worked as a trainer on National Driver
Improvement Schemes for a couple of councils helping to improve the driving of people who have been involved in driving incidents.
Apart from driver training I have over the years been involved in training people to become driving instructors with considerable success and in this capacity I
have worked as an instructor trainer for one of the UK's largest driving instructor training organisations.
In more recent times, my work has taken me to Qatar and Oman where I have been involved in defensive driver training and driver testing on both black top and
graded roads for people working in the oil and gas industries. Whilst working in Oman, I was also involved in training some of the Omani driving instructors to
deliver advanced driver training.
I am now running my own defensive driver training company where I aim to provide quality defensive driving courses and advanced driver training to the general
public and small businesses at an affordable price. I also work as a driving instructor trainer for Ignition Driving School where I am responsible for the training
and development of their driving instructors.
